The pool was really great and the backyard was more shady than expected. The kitchen was well equipped for simple cooking. We thought the location was a bit more walkable to downtown or more restaurants, but uber was just as easy and low cost. »

« Although this unit is in a not so great part of town, I had no issues with neighbors, noise, etc. There were a few maintenance issues that I noticed when I arrived, but they had minimal affect on my stay. The one issue that was relevant was the fact that the thermostat didn't work. I found this out during the cold snap we had in Feb. I had no heat for 2 days before the AC man was able to fix the problem. The owners were very accommodating. »
