'The room was falling apart. It smelled like marijuana and there were people smoking. We checked in and only lasted 10mins and left because the room smelled so bad. '

'Staff is always kind. Rooms usually clean. Sometimes there’s a smell slightly if previous person had a pet in the room. They are doing upgrades so I see constant improvements '

'We stayed at this motel end of April. Despite the reviews leaving us optimistic about the stay ahead we were very much disappointed and disgusted... We stayed in room 203 (after assigned room 110 seemed to be occupied) and already when we arrived we saw two bugs crawling on the ground near the beds, of which one was a cockroach of 1/3". Having killed them we went to sleep confident that that would've been it, but no... We woke up two times in the night with bugs crawling on us. We couldn't sleep...

'Motel 6 isn't some fancy luxury place. However, the price is right. We were in Phoenix for my sister's funeral and had spent a lot of money on other things. We just needed a place to rest and this place worked. You won't find luxury but you will find a kjnd and considerate staff, a decent bed to rest, TV, good internet service, and the location makes it easy to get to the airport or access freeway system. I felt safe and comfortable there and would recommend it to others who don't want to...

'The place is trash in the middle a trash area. The staff is friendly enough and did their jobs, but apparently their job doesn't include doing something about the obnoxious pieces of filth having around the property without renting a room. If they weren't folded up where they were on fentanyl they were telling at passer bys. Seriously call the cops they are trespassing.'

'This is the worst place Over ever stayed. It was dirty, felt unsafe and overall horrible! I would not recommend spending a penny at this motel 6!'

'There was blood and urine stains all over the mattress. The area itself seemed very unsafe. The girl at the front was very nice and said don’t worry about the neighbourhood we have cameras all over also said that you can’t drink the water. There were several people around who appeared to be homeless. I was wondering if maybe it’s used as a shelter? Did not feel safe there with my kids and ended up leaving and going elsewhere '
