Motels in South San Diego

'I usually stay at this hotel when I’m in San Diego. Unfortunately this last stay there were several Knats in the room and I couldn’t leave any drinks out without it being covered in bugs. Otherwise it was a great stay and I will be returning'

'Huge Safety concerns on this property, railing of balcony was loose, Aswell as the concrete was cracked.'

'Unit was located at a busy street with many loud motorcycles as choppers and cars with extreme loud engines, as seems to be the culture in southern California. My sleep was interrupted many times because of this. At my request to relocate I only got an answer 4 days (and difficult nights) later. In the new unit the TV malfunctioned, the remote could only be used for changing the channel and not volume or even de-activate the TV. You had to do this with a button on the TV. TV itself did not work...

'Truly enjoyed our stay everyone was very helpful. Our room was newly remodeled. Property is close to everything couldn’t have asked for a better night stay before we went on our cruise the next day.'

'As soon as I checked in they hit me with hidden charges. 10 dollars a night to park. 3 dollars a night for a beach cleaning fee. The ice machine was busted. No access to the pool... they didn't explain why. The police showed up one afternoon, I guess one of the guests got violent.'

'Amazing staff and front desk are very helpful'

'I don’t think the place should even be on the list. Homeless hanging out outside, doors don’t work in the bathroom, shower was very poor, room was extremely hot when we went in. Stay away from this one'

'The staff was super courteous and polite. Best price in town. Clean room and great shower pressure. I loved my stay. Very tropical and San DIego old school! i would stay there again.'
