'The room wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there. The 3rd day, they emptied the trash and reset the towels, but nothing else. They didnt even make the bed. It was a bit disappointing.'

'The type of room we booked wasn’t available at check-in. The hotel didn’t bother to notify us but did manage to send us an email about the parking fee. The hotel did put us in another type of room, but the sense was the hotel staff knew we couldn’t cancel. If we did we’d lose our money, so take it or leave it.'

'The room was noisy from outside traffic but they did provide ear plugs however if you’re not used to using them they can be uncomfortable to wear. Hotel was excellent and staff was so nice! Will ask for another room facing away from the traffic next time'
