« The house was great. Beds were super comfortable bed in a box type. No weird annoying things and stuff. One negative and its a big one. I didnt deduct a star because its not a house issue. The parking is horribe. No street parking and there is a shared driveway with another unit. This is a problem when you need to come and go. If they other property is occupied try to work it out. If you have a lof guests coming for a meet up like we did with 3 cars figure something out ahead of time. 5...

« The neighborhood is centrally located and the property is well equipped. I like the neighborhood, which was great for walking our dog. Great coffee shops and cafes nearby. »

« Great spot in the heart of Austin. The mermaid place was very beautiful and cozy with the whole environment being a big piece of art, made of many smaller pieces of art. Amenities are excellent, but the futons on the floor were rough on my husband’s back. Other than that, the hosts were great and we enjoyed meeting Lois and Stan.Highly recommend Ubers or other ride-shares to get to local eateries because parking is difficult to navigate. Really enjoyed the scooters in the city! »

« Visiting family in the neighborhood so this was convenient. Not really walkable to Barton Springs, but was very close to our relatives. Was emailed several times about checking out early when I had indicated we would check out on time at 11. The cleaning crew showed up at 10:30 which was not their fault but felt pushy. There is wear and tear on the place but it was clean, quiet, and convenient for our needs. »
