'Beautiful property right on the river. Access to kayaks with a short paddle to the ocean. House was modern and clean. Hot tub was cold when we arrived and it took 1 whole day to warm up which was a bummer. Per the owner, they had to drain it from the previous guests which we were not notified beforehand. Also, garbage needs to be loaded up in your car and driven to the end of the road to dispose of which is ridiculous given the cleaning fees. Overall nice stay!'

'Adele was an amazing host. We were only in Brookings for one night but it was one of our favorite stops in our entire trip! She is so kind and her home is definitely a work of art.
