Flats in Siesta Key

'Everything was exceptional'

'Very close to the beach and restaurants! Loved the pool and everything was within walking distance.'

'todo estuvo excelente'

'Wonderful vacation spent in Siesta Key. Exceptionally clean space that offered many amenities included a wonderful coffee station that we enjoyed. Would quickly reserve this space again. Also, the owners were exceptionally kind and giving during a stay.'

'Good'

'The condo is as described. Clean, plenty of accommodations, close walk to the beach (literally across the street!). The parking situation between units is not ideal but was ok for our CRV. If you a have a large SUV/truck, parking will be challenging. Backing in from the road worked best for us. Overall great place and we would stay again!'

'amazing time'

'Good for a short stay, reasonable price. Walking distance to beach.'

'Everything was as listed. There were 3 beach chairs available when we stayed, but they were starting to fall apart. We didn’t use any amenities available on-site, instead opting to go to the public beaches. Highly recommend taking the free buses downtown / to the beach to avoid the parking fees and congestion! '

'The place was excellent!!! Very beautiful and close to the beach. Super cozy. It was perfect and just what I had in mind.'

'Clean and comfortable for the two of us. Thanks Phyllis.'

'We had a great 2-night stay in South Village - Siesta Key. Although the weather wasn't the best, we still enjoyed our time. The location was excellent, with many outstanding restaurants just across the property. We also appreciated how beautiful, clean, safe, and well-maintained the property is. Everything we could need, was there, including beach rolling cart, chairs, towels, umbrella, and toys! Communication was always excellent. We'd definitely love to come back when the weather is better!...

'Beds were hard, and the air conditioning did not work very well. It stayed around 78 the entire stay inside the condo. It was located at a great spot and over all was good except for beds and air.'

'Nice property, excellent location, and they have left most anything you could need. Very well stocked. Would stay here again!'

'I absolutely loved the location. It was quiet and views of the water'

'clean room and had everything you would need. great location to beach or village, shops, restaurants. Yes, we would stay there again, Pool was not ready for guest at the time we were there.'
