Flats in Siesta Key

'Really enjoyed the property! Was a bit of a walk to get to near by restaurants but was a cozy spot. Getting in and out of the Kayaks is pretty tricky so pay attention to tide time. Property management was great and very helpful! Was able to check in early and simply extend our stay another day just a quick move to another room.'

'We loved everything about this rental. It was clean and comfortable. Although we did not cook it appeared to have everything needed to do so. The best part was the location. Everything within walking distance. We have stayed at multiple rentals in Siesta Key over the last twenty years and this is one of our new favorites.'

'Took granddaughters down for celebration of graduation. The place was great. It does say beach about 1 minute away. Which was correct but most of the beach was “private”. And had a small area to sit. It was nice they had beach towels and lawn chairs to use since we flew to Florida and couldn’t pack that stuff. I would recommend it!'

'It was a pleasant surprise .although being repaired in areas the workers were polite and i saw alot got done in the 2 weeks we were there. It would be better to leave toilrEt bowl cleaner in bath for longer stayinside the bungalow. Although it could have had an extra comfortable chair in living room and a dresser in bedroom or closet to set luggage clothes on'

'Solid 4.5 stars due to location and the inside being exactly as described so rounded up. The location was great for a quick walk to the beach, and my family loved snorkeling at Point of Rocks. Since there was no parking at this beach access, the beach didn't get too crowded. Inside the apartment, everything was as described. A couple of minor fixes would be nice (hooks in the bathroom were loose and the closet door sticks) but overall, it was great. The only two bigger negatives were the shower...

'Condo served our needs perfectly. Good sized place with spacious living room. Excellent location close to south village and our favorite beach hangout area Point of Rocks. Worked out great for us. '

'We absolutely love staying here! This is our third trip back and we always have a great experience. The place is always clean and puts you right in the beach mood. The pool is clean, and the ocean is absolutely amazing. We make sure to make it out every night to see the sunset, then have plenty of time to go back and have an easy walk across the street to get something to eat for dinner or head to the ice cream shop. We are able to get everywhere we want to go without driving. Within walking...
