'The property is newly renovated. It had all we needed for an excellent stay. Having access to a private beach with the lounge chairs was awesome. We made great use of the umbrella provided by the owner. The unit was quiet Please note the area is still recovering from the hurricane and there’s a lot of construction going on, but don’t let that stop you from visiting. We went into Sarasota a number of times as well.'

'The rental is nice and clean. Check in process was easy and the property manager was nice and accommodating. We loved that they offer towels, beach chairs and umbrellas which were useful and saved us from having to pay for rentals all weekend. 'Stayed 2 nights in the Solitude Suite at Siesta Key with my son after spending several days in Sarasota. Suite was ready early. Lisa was responsive and communicated right away via text. 'A nice property with room to relax and enjoy the company of family. We got there and it was clean and ready to go. The property manager was very friendly and eager to assist with what ever needs we may have had. Close to the beach which is why we came.'

'Not only was this property well placed, well maintained, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with great air conditioning, but Varinia was great. The laundry room was still under construction from the hurricane during our stay. 'We enjoyed our first stay on the Gulf Coast! In May, the weather temperature said 85, but felt like 95. Beautiful beach and the pool felt great! The home is on the beach side and had a private walkway to the beach. Chair & umbrella service was a treat for us. The homeowner also had chairs we used in the evening to watch the sunset. 'Mostly quiet neighborhood. Easy and quick access to beach. Was concerned about no door on the indoor shower. It was difficult to not get entire floor wet. Was below family that had heavy footsteps, otherwise the stay was fantastic. I would recommend to family and friends.'

'Really enjoyed the property! Was a bit of a walk to get to near by restaurants but was a cozy spot. Getting in and out of the Kayaks is pretty tricky so pay attention to tide time. Property management was great and very helpful! Was able to check in early and simply extend our stay another day just a quick move to another room.'
