'Me gustó llegar a este hotel, con muy buena atención de recepción, personal de habitaciones, cafetería, servicio de desayuno excelente. Estuvimos muy agusto.'

'The property is under renovation but it was nice and clean. I like the restaurant that was inside the hotel and the free breakfast.'

'Everything was great, need improvement with the food.'

'Staff was helpful didn’t have hot water and the issue was immediately fixed. The pools were clean and the water was warm. Good hot breakfast was included. Great location. About a ten minute drive to the Ajijic Malecón and a 15-20min drive to the Chapala malecon. Would definitely stay again'

'Perfect family owned hotel, personal was sweet and helpful especially room 8 was perfect for us...'

'The hotel requires you wear bright bracelets throughout your stay in order for them to identify that you’re actually staying there and not a guest. Mind you, these bracelets make you stand out while you’re in the town & look so ugly in pictures. Breakfast is NOT included with your stay. Though it is advertised, be ready to either get something from their little restaurant or go into town. Super loud during the night. Their own workers along with other guests are doing stuff in the hallways...

'Excelente si tienes una escala nocturna'

'This type of hotel is more of a villa stay, rooms are not connected to main lobby. Rooms are run down and dirty. We had bugs and geicos inside room. Hotel provides bottled water (2) first night, after that they can sell them to you. Hotel is located uphill you definately need a car to move around. No stores close by….'

'Súper limpio y tranquilo!'
