'Great location, friendly staff, geat views'

'Location not ideal'

'We liked the proximity to the train station and in walking distance to central Shinjuku and Koreatown. It's in a residential neighborhood very close to the trains. The noise wasn't bad, but sometimes noise from residents on the streets below could be a bother. The lack of a front desk and person was strange but we got used to it, and the staff were responsive. Our space was good for a family of four but there wasn't much room for luggage and the spaces were small for anyone with a bigger frame....

'This hotel is a little bit dated, but it is elegant in its own way and has the most remarkable electronics and conveniences I've ever seen in a hotel. The disadvantages that none of the instructions are in English and it's hard to find anyone who understands English well enough to explain it to you 134 with your boarding pass! I'm getting'

'Centraal , personeel en ligging'

'Minder goed dan de foto’s deden beloven. Het was een beetje viezig in de algemene ruimtes, de vloerbedekking op de kamer rook niet fris en de badkamer rook de hele trip erg muf.'

'I enjoyed my stay at this hotel; The staff was very respectful and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Tokyo solo.'

'We used this as our base for 13 nights and it worked perfectly. The best thing about it is the washer-dryer in the room. On a trip this long that meant never hunting for a laundromat — we ran it three or four times without thinking about it, and came home with clean clothes instead of a suitcase full of laundry. Location is excellent. Higashi-Shinjuku station is about three minutes away on the Fukutoshin and Oedo lines, Shinjuku-sanchome is five, and Kabukicho, Golden Gai and Isetan are all...

'Our overall 4 night stay in Tokyo at the illi Tas was sub par. The facility itself was clean, modern but has not been maintained well. Freezer was not operational, Huge crack in Window, difficult to reach Management as no one is onsite, etc. Unfortunately Management team did not step up and compensate our stay in anyway hence we had to endure and facilitate for these issues during our stay as we had prepaid for our booking. Very disappointed in the overall Management of this property!'

'Fantastisch hotel, goede locatie echt een aanrader!'

'Friendly staff, clean rooms, every day the room was cleaned. In walking distance of shops, bus in front of accomodation en metro walking distance. With wheelchair good accessible. Had a good time! '

'Chambre très propre avec pyjama propre tous les jours, bouteilles d’eau, nouveaux essuies tous les jours. Personnel accueillant et souriant! Bon petit déjeuner et l’hôtel est très bien situé. Petit bémol, pas beaucoup d’espace pour les valises dans les chambres 2 personnes. Sinon je recommanderais vivement cet hôtel à des amis!'

'We loved being here. It's very well located and comfortable. Kiyo and Jeffrey are great and always helpful. We would definitely come back!'

'We had a lovely time. We didn't want to leave. Hotel was in an excellent location close to many things. Everything was thought off and staff were very friendly despite not always being there. Just a phone call away. Such a cool place to stay. The lift goes straight up to our room and very spacious. Thank you'
