'We really enjoyed our 5 night stay. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room had great views of Tokyo from the 38th floor. The room lacked storage space. It was very clean, new and modern. We were in deluxe King suite. We appreciated the separate water closet and shower. The area is very lively and crowded in the evening. If you prefer a more quiet vibe, I would recommend Ginza. We had the breakfast included and it was very good. Is this close to the Shinjuku train station gives you...

'Location not ideal'

'This hotel is a little bit dated, but it is elegant in its own way and has the most remarkable electronics and conveniences I've ever seen in a hotel. The disadvantages that none of the instructions are in English and it's hard to find anyone who understands English well enough to explain it to you 134 with your boarding pass! I'm getting'

'We used this as our base for 13 nights and it worked perfectly. The best thing about it is the washer-dryer in the room. On a trip this long that meant never hunting for a laundromat — we ran it three or four times without thinking about it, and came home with clean clothes instead of a suitcase full of laundry. Location is excellent. Higashi-Shinjuku station is about three minutes away on the Fukutoshin and Oedo lines, Shinjuku-sanchome is five, and Kabukicho, Golden Gai and Isetan are all...

'Centraal , personeel en ligging'

'I enjoyed my stay at this hotel; The staff was very respectful and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Tokyo solo.'

'Our overall 4 night stay in Tokyo at the illi Tas was sub par. The facility itself was clean, modern but has not been maintained well. Freezer was not operational, Huge crack in Window, difficult to reach Management as no one is onsite, etc. Unfortunately Management team did not step up and compensate our stay in anyway hence we had to endure and facilitate for these issues during our stay as we had prepaid for our booking. Very disappointed in the overall Management of this property!'

'We had a lovely time. We didn't want to leave. Hotel was in an excellent location close to many things. Everything was thought off and staff were very friendly despite not always being there. Just a phone call away. Such a cool place to stay. The lift goes straight up to our room and very spacious. Thank you'
