'Heerlijk hotel, klassiek chique en qua locatie absoluut fantastisch! '

'I saw in previous reviews that there was barely any room for luggage. Between my mom and I we had 1 large rolly luggage and 2 carry on-sized luggage and was able to make it work. In our room we found space space behind the massage chair as well as the corner in front of the door. When the luggage is closed they fit fine. Service was great and check in was a breeze. They offered free tea/coffee for pickup in the lobby as well as little amenities you can ask for. Literally in front of the...

'Het is heel lastig om een extra sleutelkaart te krijgen. Eerst werd ik zelfs geweigerd omdat mijn moeder alleen verbleef in de kamer en dan zou ze geen 2e kaart nodig hebben. Paar dagen later stond ik daar weer in discussie voor een 2e sleutelkaart omdat ik een andere kamer kreeg midden in de nacht want ik had steeds jeuk nadat ze de linnen hadden verschoond. Kamer is klein, Locatie is heel goed. Ik had betere service verwacht!'

'It has a great (convenient) location, close to the JR station which is next to Shinagawa, there are many restaurants around the hotel, grocery store downstairs. The room we stayed (Twin room) is big enough to spend one night. Very clean. There is a big locker room that you can keep your luggage until check-in time. I wish that there would be clear information on the street where to check-in. I didn't expect that it was above the grocery store!'
