'This property is nestled by the river, which is such a lovely spot. Donna is such a wonderful innkeeper; she made us feel right at home. The breakfast was both healthy and delicious, and it was made with love. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re searching for a lovely BnB near Shenandoah National Park, this is like home without the chores. If I could give it 6 stars, I would!'

'Fantastic B&B! Martha, the owner, catered to our every need. Beautiful home and grounds sit above the small town of Clifton Forge. 5 out of 5 stars all around. Would be a great house for a wedding party to secure for a weekend as well. Breakfast was out of this world!'

'We really enjoyed a relaxing stay here. It is located in lovely VA farm/vineyard country with beautiful views from various rooms in the Manor. The accommodations and common areas where beautifully appointed. We didn't have dinner there but the breakfast was substantial and very good (fresh eggs from their chickens apparently!). The staff was warm and gracious always anticipating our needs. They even had a Lucid EV charger that they allowed us to use prior to leaving to allieve my range...

'Staff was great! Breakfast was delicious. The hotel itself was unique in all the best ways. We were staying in one of the oldest buildings in Charlottesville. We learned , on our tour of Monticello, that Dinsmore was a master carpenter that actually built the dome (and much more) at Monticello. I believe he built this building that is now the Dinsmore. Our room was very old and very comfortable.'

'People were absolutely awesome at the Good Place B&B. I felt so welcomed during my entire stay, from checking in to check in out and every breakfast in between, which were great and delicious by the way. A great place to spend a few days away in nature, but a close drive to many historic locations and natural attractions in the area. The rooms amenities could use some improvement (new towels and linen come to mind). Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. '
