We stayed here as a group of four. Upon arrival, a carbon monoxide detector was beeping, there was no working Wi-Fi, the bathroom did not have hand soap, and the outdoor grill wasn’t well maintained and not clean. We contacted the host, but responses were a bit slow and did not fully resolve the wifi issues. Because the upstairs living room relied on Wi-Fi for the TV, it became unusable. We moved two chairs downstairs to make the space workable for all four of us. Some issues were addressed later during our three-night stay, but not promptly. After checkout, we were surprised to see additional charges for moving the chairs even though it wasn’t included in checkout instructions.Overall, the stay was okay, the view is great and the place is clean, but wifi issues, slow responses and post-stay charges significantly affected the experience.
