« Nice place, quiet neighborhood, enjoyed the screened patio. Would have been nice to have an instruction sheet on how to operate the tv, overhead fans, air conditioning, never did figure out the air, did get the fan in the living space working the fan in the bedroom the remote was missing a battery. »

« Weeds were growing up at entrance.The kitchen utensils were lackingWhen I stripped the sheets to leave I was discussed at the condition of the mattress, it was nasty with stains. I felt sick thinking I had slept on it. Furniture is not at all like the picture.Nice little cottage just needs some attention and new mattress. »
