Flats in Shell Key Preserve

'Excellent property overall, amenities on site are great! Pool, pier, patio with chairs, etc all wonderful! Not a fan of our unit, research before you book thru Expedia. Every unit is different & privately owned which changes what each unit has inside'

'Wonderful place! Will definitely stay again!'

'Super nice and close to everything! We had a great time and plan to be back.'

'The condo was perfect and the host was so concerned about things being perfect for us she checked on us to see if we needed anything and left us a note and gift we will certainly go back I recommend this place'

'We had the best time and the Island Inn was perfect. Our condo was so clean and the atmosphere in treasure Island was so laid back. It was the perfect getaway and look forward to staying there again.'

'Everything was as described. Beautiful view and convenient location. Only suggestion to improve overall quality of stay and property is more toiletry items, e.g toilet papers, soaps and shampoo.'

'Superb hospitality'

'This place is a dump. Had bugs in the room. Was told room was ready arrived at 3:20pm and the cleaning lady was still there. Then we had 4 towels for 4 people for a stay of 4 nights. Was told our room had everything we needed and front desk would not get us more towels because they said the owner is supposed to provide everything. Had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights. Was duped on this property and will not return.'

'The cottage was well stocked with a snack basket and a super dog basket. The kitchen was stocked with all needed essentials and the parking also worked out well.'

'Perfect location in Bradenton Beach. Able to walk everywhere.'

'Very nice property, so close to the beach as well as lots of restaurants. Easy access to utilize public transportation for anywhere too far to walk. Very friendly host with clear instructions as well!'

'It has excellent location to both oce@n and intercostal near Main Street and trolley stop. Smaller than expected.'

'Great communication, beautiful property, both the unit is self, but also the property,/grounds, and convenient location, I would recommend and if visiting this area again, will definitely book. Thank you for sharing your home with us!'

'Excellent place and location. Waterpark is great for kids of all ages. Really was a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. Condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook. Definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.'

'Everything about my stay was great! Will definitely be back!'

'Overall great stay!'

'The property was clean and inviting upon arrival. It is a great location for walking most places we wanted to go on the island. We arrived earlier than expected so we called and they were able to let us in a little early. The call service was easy to contact. The code didn’t work to get in, but we called and they were able to give us the code to get the key. There isn’t much insulation between this condo and the one above. We could hear little feet running and even conversations of the upstairs...
