'Our room was an end disability room. It needs some thorough cleaning, caulking & painting. The drain was slow in the bathtub. I forgot to call maintenance to get it fixed.'

'Wifi didnt work. Front desk wasnt able to help. Neither was the company running the service. Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply. Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...

'Room was clean , the bed was extremely old & hard. I had the worst nights sleep. No amenities. U have to pay for over priced selective processed pre made breakfast from the bar. Only 5-6 selections of Starbucks , no regular coffee. Rooms are outdated & overpriced w/o amenities. '

'Beautiful hotel decor, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We had an accessible king room on the 5th floor. It was very large and had very good accessible features. Nice selection at breakfast and appetizers in the evening. The employees were exceptionally professional and friendly. Cars are parked behind electronic gates.We will be staying at this hotel from now on while visiting Charlotte.'
