We told the staff earlier that day, but we’re not moved out of the room until about 3 to 4 hours later which pushed us back on plans that we had for that day because we weren’t sure when we would be able to get another room, we stayed in the room until we were told to move, but was never told to move. 'Wifi didnt work. Front desk wasnt able to help. Neither was the company running the service. Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply. Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...

'There are shops nearby, we didn't have a car so we could walk. Most of the staff was friendly and the people there were awesome. Pool was closed. Rooms were nice and clean. You can't be out in the smoking area late, which was strange to me if you are not bothering anyone. But, overall it was a great stay, mostly because of the other people we met who were also staying there. Very pleasant. If we are ever in Concord again we will stay here'
