'Wifi didnt work. Front desk wasnt able to help. Neither was the company running the service. Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply. Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...

'Everything was great! I was in town for the bowl game in January 2nd. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the stadium. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If I am ever in Charlotte area I will stay at this IHG location for sure!'
