'Wifi didnt work. Front desk wasnt able to help. Neither was the company running the service. Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply. Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...

'This property is undergoing refurbishing to the original courtyard. I am amazed at how efficient the management is able to keep the noise and interruption to a minimum if inconvenience. All work stopped at 6 pm. '

'My mom and I stayed here for two nights visiting my son at UNC Charlotte. The beds were super comfortable and everything was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here next time when I’m in the area.'

'The front desk was so friendly, responsive, and helpful. My room had some issues which the front desk addressed and fixed. Hot coffee all day. My biggest complaint would be the guests who booked there. Some people decided to have a “church” retreat there and were very loud.'
