'We took our family to celebrate my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday. We bought the birthday package and everything was prepped for us before we arrived. Once there, we did not have to leave. Everything you will need is at the resort. The restaurants were good. However, if you choose to go elsewhere to eat, the mall and many restaurants were just three miles away.'

Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...

'I only stayed overnight following a concert that myself and best friend attended. It was peaceful and quiet. The bed was so comfortable that I’d like to know where they purchased the pillows. 😂 Oh yeah, I must mention that it is convenient to everything. Plenty of dining all around and within walking distance at that. As well as a coffee shop.'

'The room I was given had a bad odor for the duration of my stay. Window cracked and taped shut. Floor dirtier white socks. Mattress is cheal and you can see the impressions of where others have laid on it, making it uneven and grossly uncomfortable. Toilet clogged easily, not enough umph to properly flush each time.
