  • Een zeer prive en rustig 5 slaapkamers 2 complete badkamer en 2 Half Bath huis genesteld in de redwoods in Santa Rosa in het centrum van de Wine Country. Open balkenplafonds, 3 open haarden, 1500 vierkante voet redwood-dek, privérondrit, groot bubbelbad en meer. Binnen en buiten zitplaatsen voor 15. Het pand heeft vele mooie paden en buitenbanken om op te ontspannen. De binnenkant van het huis heeft overal eiken bekleding, is geluiddicht en heeft een solarium op het zuiden.

    Dit landgoed is in Sea Ranch-stijl met hoog plafond en veel dakramen om de dichte omliggende redwoods te bekijken. De begane grond heeft 5 slaapkamers voor 15 personen. Het is ingericht met moderne meubels van Midcentury en toont veel afbeeldingen en kaarten uit de omliggende gebieden. Het ruime terras met 3 verdiepingen heeft zachte banken, een hangmat, stoelen en twee eettafels met ruimte voor meer dan 20 personen. Het heeft 5 slaapkamers, 8 bedden en 4 badkamers op de begane grond van het huis. Het heeft een groot bubbelbad in de tuin voor 6, een vuurplaats voor 10 en gasverbrandingsbereik. De gronden zijn prachtig en het huis heeft alle mogelijke voorzieningen. U zult genieten van de hoge kwaliteit beddengoed, wijnglazen en wijn benodigdheden en een complete keuken.

the property is even cooler than the photos! we had such a fun time, everyone got to spread out and relax but could all gather and be cozy together as well. i would stay here again 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Harry was an absolutely awesome host! I was able to communicate our change in guests a couple times and he responded quickly and provided a refund when the amount of people changed. Also we were arriving in Santa Rosa a little earlier than check in time and Harry was so very accommodating and let us check in a couple hours early. Our group was stunned by how gorgeous the property was! The redwood trees gave the illusion of being secluded from neighboring homes. The neighborhood itself was so calm and quiet. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to stay at the Wine Country Redwood Estate!

Our family of three generations really enjoyed the stay at the property.Thanks so much for the wine and gourmet goodies with fresh fruits, these were well received and much appreciated, the generous supply in the fridge and pantry were very helpful as well.

We loved our stay here. It was great to be secluded, yet only 15 minutes from wineries, stores etc. Host was quick to respond with any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful property

Perfect place to relax and enjoy a bottle of wine. Everything was as advertised! Went to local wineries only about a 10-15 minute drive from the house and it was perfect.

We had our annual girls' trip at Wine Country Redwood Estate and it was perfect for us. The house is located in a beautiful, upscale community. Close to shopping but feels like you're secluded in the country. The grounds are beautiful with lots of outdoor gathering areas. Inside, we had multiple gathering areas for social time. Yet we all had our own private rooms. What the house lacks in upgrades, the host more than makes up for it with amenities. There is everything you would need there, thoughtful touches throughout the house. I recommend you check in to the house before you shop for food-- we were surprised by how much the house was stocked. The welcome gifts were bountiful and so thoughtful! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for our wine region weekend friends gathering. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for a group to relax and enjoy the amenities. The manager treated us to a generous assortment of treats - wines, cheeses, fruit and snacks, and supplied all helpful pantry items. The property could benefit from an update in the TV setup, but was otherwise a great place to stay.

Wonderful stay in the redwoods!

This house is huge and the outdoor space was beautiful and it was the perfect location for a group! Harry was very helpful with the check in process and left us very yummy and local snacks, cheese and wine!

Nice wine country retreat

Loved our stay. The place was spacious, clean, and welcoming. Very kind for the host to have some welcome wine and cheese. Close to main areas of Santa Rosa but feels like you're in the redwood forest.

We had such a wonderful time at this home! We were having a girls trip in wine country and this house was the perfect home base for a weekend of wine tasting. A beautiful gift basket of goodies and wine welcomed us and we loved how much space there was for our group of 6. The backyard is magical and the hot tub was great. The host was always very responsive and a great communicator. Would definitely stay here again, only next time we’ll book a few extra days!
