'Nice hotel'

'Front desk staff were very helpful'

'It was a nice short stay'

'Rooms are not very big, but they are clean. Being at the airport means you can hear planes the whole day. We stayed two nights a week apart and had issues with the water on both occasions. The water in the shower was too hot, also the shower handle came loose. Our arrival was after 11 pm once and we left at 3 am the second time, both were no trouble at all. 'The Staff was EXCELLENT! Super helpful and helped us with the parking situation and suggestions of places to visit. The bed was super comfortable. Will definitely book at Metro when we come back to PR.'

'The hotel room was so clean! The staff was friendly breakfast was amazing! Emy the staff who help me and my parents check in was amazing! So helpful and took her time to explain what the hotel had to offer and the events going on for the weekend! She was such a joy! The rest of the staff was helpful as well!'

'The hotel was very welcoming, friendly, and centrally located. Hotel staff always professional and readily accessible. We will definitely stay again. The food was fresh and hot from the restaurant with perfect hours. 5 stars!!'

'Clean room, nice atmosphere and great customer service. Yara makes the best Piña Colada drinks. Can’t wait to go back!'
