« the room was clean but dated as was the entire property, the poor cleaning girl had to call the owner to check in people ( she was not computer savvy ) we felt bad for her she really did her best - the is NO A/C in the rooms just a big old fan thankfully we had a big window that we could leave open ( we were on the 2nd floor, window facing the street ) otherwise I would not feel comfortable leaving it open in the area ... but it was 90 degrees in Anacortes that day ... no early check in at all,...

« Check in was a breeze, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. Couldn't get the A/C on initially and I called the desk and he came and got it going in under 5 minutes and then it worked great for the rest of my stay. Check out was even easier. Location was great. I would stay here again. »

« My first room smelled terribly of cigarettes so I complained so they gave me a new room. The staff was nice and very apologetic but overall it just felt dirty and the exterior is pretty run down. »
