'Fantastic big rooms and pool facilities. We didn’t like the impersonal check-in, many questions of the waiters, no drinking water in the room, renovations works with a lot of noise. There should be more food options. '

'The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again. '

'We stayed at Dreams Los Cabos for my best friends wedding. From our arrival we were treated like stars. VIP check in took us straight to the concierge and we had a drink in our hand with in minutes. We were given a late check out with our VIP package. Everyone was extremely helpful. At one point a staff member even came to my room to give me a lesson in how to use the steamer in our room.
