'From start to finish, an absolutely phenomenal experience. I have stayed at many all-inclusives and this is easily one of the best around. An amazing staff, gorgeous and meticulously clean property, top-notch food especially the breakfast buffet, and one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever had. Cannot wait to return!'

'Fantastic big rooms and pool facilities. We didn’t like the impersonal check-in, many questions of the waiters, no drinking water in the room, renovations works with a lot of noise. There should be more food options. '

'The property and staff are fantastic! It’s happily secluded from the hubbub of San Jose del Cabo, but that also exacerbates the cost of already expensive transportation to venues outside the hotel.'

'The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again. '

'Best place for a family trip'

'This was our first time at an all- inclusive in Cabo. We were quite impressed. First, the staff is great and very friendly, especially our concierge Tedd! He was the best and always in contact with us plus went over and beyond for my daughter’s birthday! Thank you Tedd! The food was very good and the service as well. My only critique would be some cleanliness issues around pool but other than that we had a great stay!'
