'I love all the staff are very nice shout out to Samantha from entertainment,Ary from entertainment theyre very kind,helpful and hardworking. Shout out to Orlando from Italian restaurant and Gisela from retaurant close by the pool.theyre very helpful.the only thing i dont like is the restroom below the restaurant close by the pool.2 rooms were very dirty and only 2 were funtioning out of 4.tlyou should bulid anothe clean restroom with good lighting.Sushi restaurant should be in a nice cozy room...

'This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very friendly and nice. The most important part to me was the cleanliness of the property. If I had to give one negative, I would say the food isn’t great and also expensive. I don’t care about pricey food, as long as it’s good but when it’s not AND it’s expensive that just sucks. For sure if you want good food, go off the property. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!!!!!'

'The Viceroy property and entire staff were excellent. We appreciated Esperanza at the front desk; Fernando, Javier, Ramon, Ricardo at concierge and bell desk; Brenda and Daniela at Kids Club. Service at pools and restaurants were also excellent. The location was great, as many restaurants and experiences were walkable. '
