'The bed was nice and comfy. The carpet was severely dirty, needs replacing. Wear slippers! Rude staff. Water dripping from loose faucet. Hair dryer had lots of brown stains. Tub badly stained. Housekeeper came before 9am on my first morning stay of 3 nights. Even after I told her to not come in she used her card key to try to get in anyway! I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the outside of my door. Breakfast was just OK. Not enough coffee brewed. No seasoning like hot sauce for the eggs....

This is a private, detached studio in a beautiful, very quiet neighborhood, not far from several connected walking trails (River Park) and major shopping, restaurants and medical facilities.
