Wawona Visitor Center

DO NOT STAY HERE! 🚨SCAM!!🚨 We needed a last minute hotel near Hollywood and thought this would suffice. We couldn't even make it through the first night without having to scramble to find a backup and they would NOT refund our money. First of all, this whole place is run virtually. You get a code emailed to you to enter and exit the building because no one physically works there. The front desk checkin experience is an Indian man on an iPad that you have upload your passport photo that God only knows who's servers it is getting uploaded and stored too. Immediately when we entered our room which was hot and sticky, we tried to turn on the air conditioner and was hit with a nauseating PEE smell that made us want to vomit. The floors are all cold hard cement, the bed was awful with half sized pillows. We tried to call to get more pillows only to find out house keeping wasn't going to be there until the morning. There was literally a metal grate in front of our window that we couldn't see anything out of. The TV was broken. The whole thing was uninhabitable. When we tried to talk to them about getting a refund we were told there was no manager on sight and there wouldn't be until Monday!! So we ended up scrambling at 10pm to try and find someplace new and got the HELL out of there. Hotels.com offered us $75 for the "inconvenience" but said it was ultimately the hotels' choice whether or not to refund us (for the three nights that we DID NOT SLEEP AT ANY OF THEM!).

De kamers zijn smerig er wordt niet schoongemaakt de haren liggen in de douche en om over het stof niet te spreken! De bedden zijn vies ! Kortom slechte cleaning De Amerikaanse meneer aan de balie is wel heel vriendelijk En het hotel ligt op een perfecte spot

Ligging perfect. Parkeren onder het hotel. Goed, uitgebreid ontbijt. Kamer schoon en fijne bedden.
