The home had everything we needed and was in a great location. The fresh fruit that was provided at check-in was a nice touch! Lots of steps to climb to get into the property but the views and deck space were worth it. Bill was a very gracious and receptive host. We will definitely be back!!

1000% Would Stay Here Again

Such a beautiful property! The host was wonderful with communication and ensuring an easy check-in/check-out process. No complaints about the planes flying overhead - I actually really enjoyed watching them on the balcony! Talk about a gorgeous view!! I didn't hear a thing in the bedrooms either. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and would absolutely stay here again!

Definitely Million Dollar Views and Sunsets

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. Extremely comfortable and cozy accommodations. Everything from a complete kitchen, laundry, sofas, chairs and comfortable beds made our stay easy, convenient and relaxing. The location is pretty much in the middle of everything with easy access to most places. What I enjoyed the most was the patio. Amazing sunsets and views of the city, Coronado and Point Loma. I could sit out there for hours. Bill is a great host and quick to respond. Looking forward to booking here again.

Beautiful Panoramic deck view

The BIGGEST plus is the viiew, WOW……and the sunsets are amazing! This is an older property and has a lot of stairs BUT well worth making those steps. Quiet neighborhood and in a perfect location near Old Town, Little Italy, and Gaslamp area. Bill was easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions.

Great location

Pro’s: location, 10 minutes to everything, great host, great communication, comfortable beds, steaming with Fubo for sports, Netflix for movies. Con’s: only 2 bedrooms, not 3 as listed, microwave randomly beeped in the middle of the night, loud when the planes took off from the south (every day, though there was a curfew at night) and trains, stove was hard to control as it is very old. Overall we had a great time though.

Aircraft spotting paradise

Very nice place, clean, with all the amenities. But of course it’s the view and the deck that wins it over. Beautiful sunsets, nice evening breezes. If you are an aviation buff, this is an airplane spotters Paradise overlooking San Diego airport. Bring your aircraft band scanner and your binoculars! You won’t be disappointed.
