'Excellent!'

'The check-in process was easy, with clear directions. The location was central to everything I wanted to do and more. This is a one stop shop for a vacation because everything is within walking distance. The parking is off site at a parking structure, but was also close by. I would say this place is comparable to a Jr suit in a hotel, but with more privacy. I enjoyed spending my birthday/mother's day here!'

'Checkout time was very early, 10 AM. I find that much too early for a check out , it should be 11 AM. I will asked for a later check out and was declined. The ocean view was lovely… But it will not be as nice in the future as they are building a building next-door. The room is not soundproof. I could hear people walking around above me and the conversation that the people love me. Location is excellent.'

'Nick and Amy,Unfortunately our stay did not go as we planned. Finding where to park was difficult since our GPS kept taking us toward the strand. I reached out letting you know we were having trouble, but there was no response. I also asked for advice on where to keep a second vehicle with no response. 'The place was amazing and clean and wonderful. The beds were so cozy. Everything we needed was there. The host was extremely communicative and easy to get a hold of. The location was close to downtown and everything was walkable. I cannot recommend this place enough. Wow. So much better than staying in a hotel. A home away from home experience with the California charm and feel. '

'I had a fantastic stay at this rental. I originally booked another property in the same building, but it was cancelled on me at the last minute. Luckily, I was able to quickly book here, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—right in the middle of everything, with shops and restaurants just steps away. 'Beautiful!!'

'This is our second summer doing a beach staycation. We enjoyed this property very much. It’s is very spacious and the kitchen is stocked with more kitchen gadgets than most rentals we have stayed in. Jon was very helpful and easygoing. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, games, and toys for the kids. The condo is located near the widest part of the sand so I think it’s worth being mentally prepared for that trek across the sand. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and safe.'

'Nice unit with stunning ocean views from the moment you walk in the front door. The balcony has accordion doors that fully open up to the Pacific breezes. The unit is about a 10-15 minute walk to all of the restaurants, so a great location a bit off the beaten path (Prospect Street) but still in an area that attracts a lot of visitors, especially on weekends. Stephanie was very engaged and allowed an early check in which was very helpful. An all around great experience!'
