'Clean rooms, nothing fancy but nice place to stay for a short visit'

'The staff was very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately the entire building smells like smoke. The halls and inside our guest room, sheets, towels. Everything was embedded with it. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke this isn’t the best option. Also the walls were super thin, lots of noise. I hate to leave negative notes, but for health reasons some of you might need this info.'

'The Inn is an old style L-shaped motel with rooms on two floors opening onto a pool. It is somewhat dated, but was clean and quiet. I booked very late and arrived late. Hotel rooms in Frankfurt listed online are relatively expensive, so this was a good alternative. 'De bedden waren comfortabel. Dat is eigenlijk het enige positieve wat we kunnen noemen. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door een Duitse dame, maar daar hield de klantvriendelijk helaas meteen op. De rest van het personeel is ongeïnteresseerd en er kan geen glimlach van af. Best wel beschamend als je met grote letters op de muren en grond zet dat je doel is je gasten blij te maken. 'The parking was convenient, and the breakfast lady and the checkout staff were cordial and pleasant. We arrived late at night and could not get the shade in the room to go down. The staff on duty were not helpful and resolving that situation. The facilities looked outdated. The bed was not the most comfortable.
