'I chose this property for the hot tub, the location which was very close to where my son lives, and for the price. The hot tub seemed very nice, but there were no lights around it so it was too dark in there, it was only about half full, and when I tried to start the jets it sprayed like a geyser and I just got soaked from the top of my head to my waist. 'The cabin and the loft were extremely clean. The furniture was very comfortable and we quickly felt at home. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with basic necessities, as well as a few extras, and it was easy to make our meals. My kids liked the close proximity to Vivian Park and the Provo River so they could fish, and we all loved hanging out on the patio by the creek. The parking for 2 cars was was easy to find.
