'My only regret of this wonderful cozy place is that I didn't enjoy it more. For someone who is a workaholic in their professional life and 100% INHERENTLY lazy in their personal life, this place is perfect. Every nook and cranny is inviting and made for comfort. 'My parents, my uncle and my 2 youngest daughters decided to go to Flaming Gorge for my dad's birthday.We were going to rent some little cabins but I had tooked for air bnb's before and so I searched and found this property and wow were we glad I did! It was everything we needed and more, and the girls loved the fire pit out back and the Ms. Pacman arcade in their room. Being able to stream shows on all the platforms in the evening was amazing as well. Shoers were nice and hot and having central...

'Such a great place to stay, It provided a safe place for me to come and do nursing clinicals. The kitchen has all the necessary things to cook, full size fridge, washer and dryer! Very comfy place! I would stay here again!! '

'I really enjoyed the house and my stay. It has a lot of thoughtful furnishings and everything I needed to feel like I was home. Easy check in/out, there is helpful info at the house, and had good communication with the manager. The neighborhood is quiet and there are some dirt roads nearby that are nice for a walk/hike. One of the neighbors sells Greek yogurt and granola that I’d recommend. I slept well at the house and the bed was comfy. I’d 100% stay here again and recommend it. '

'The River Song Cottage was perfect! I loved sitting on our patio and listen to the stream; it was so peaceful. The kitchen had every little gadget you would need for your stay. The cottage was comfy, clean, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were very attentive and quick to respond to any question we had. The River Song Cottage is a great stay!'

'Great place for us as a family of five to stay. Super close to Kobol canyon, 20 min away and Zion 30 mins. No iron for clothing fyi or washer /dryer. '

'This rental was perfect. Maybe two blocks off the main road through town, which made it perfect to travel by foot to restaurants, shops, etc. It's also located next to a great walking/biking trail. The home itself is comfortable and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay including a hot tub which was perfect for dipping in every afternoon after hiking/biking in November. Highly recommend this rental to anyone traveling to Moab who wants to be close to town! '
