« I booked this back in September, they cancelled by email less than 48 hours before we were due to go, absolutely disgraceful, with no explanation or anything. We had to then try to find somewhere to accommodate 8 people in less than two days over an Easter break. I would advise against booking this.. »

« Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

« The owner was responsive and accommodating to our needs. Ideal location for visits to Dover Castle, Canterbury Cathedral and the Battle of Britain memorial/museum. House was clean, quiet and the wood burning fireplace gave the evening a nice feeling of being at home. »
