'The beds, staff, and taxi to the airport (10$) was nice. The room was clean, but no curtains (wake up early). The other guests were loud, fighting and smoking - we Would therefore not stay here again. '

'I loved the place! It fit 6 of us perfectly! Parking was easy as there’s many open spots to choose from. Early check in was only $50 so that was definitely an easy YES for us. The second bedroom (full bed) didn’t have a ceiling, it was just a wall and door from the hallway so you can hear everything from the hallway to that room which isn’t a problem if you don’t mind. Everything was extremely clean and the service was very easy, if we needed anything, we just asked the office and exchanged...

'We stayed at the Sheraton Resort Villas, Kauai from July 14 - July 21, 2026. Our room was clean, and we had housekeeping every day. We were able to cook in our room, which had a stove, full sized refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The room also had a washer/dryer combo as well. The resort was clean. We enjoyed both pools during our stay, and reserved a beach cabana for one day. The service at the pool and on the beach was good. The food and drinks from Lavas restaurant/bar were good. 'Prachtig resort alleen restaurant op het resort . Erg slecht de maaltijden en ongezellig . Koffiebar alleen in de ochtend tot 10 am open . Er jammer . Dan heb je aan het restaurant bij het zwembad . En dat is slecht . En ongezellig . '

'There is no central or split/window air conditioning in the rooms. They do provide a cheap floor standing portable AC unit only in the bedroom. Since it is tropical rainforest weather , the rooms stay pretty warm without air-conditioning. We had to request additional pedestal fans to keep us cooler in living area . The condo was not well maintained , creaky door hinges , a super noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom with no separate switch which has to be on if the light is on , no blackout...

'Went there after the Kalalau trail, the hot tub and the hidden waterfalls saved our mussels ! The staff was really accommodating and professional. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The whole complex is really nice and well maintained, great ocean views, specially during sunset!'
