'The property is a GREAT location!!! Just steps to the ocean. Beautifully manicured property with lush vegetation. The market area close by is nice and convenient. There are rooster and chickens everywhere, every part of the island. But this property the roosters begin crowing at 4:15am and there are dozens of them all crowing and it is loud. 'Phenomenal property. Great location for other excursions. Sea turtles and monk seals right on the beach. Saw humpbacks from the beach. Every staff member interaction was primo. Valet gave us wonderful ideas for restaurants. Clean room with gorgeous ocean view. We enjoyed some quiet evenings enjoying a cocktail on the balcony. Next time we are in Kauai this is exactly where we will stay. '

'Was like a maze to find your way to the rooms. Ceilings leaky around main building had buckets around. Also, requested room for 3 Adults but only had a king bed & 2 chairs. Had to get a rolling out bed.'
