Flats in Royal Coconut Coast

'The door code we were given wasn’t correct, so we had to use the phone at the reception to call the after hours number (this was just after 4pm, so check in time, strange that check in time is not within normal office hours). Luckily they were able to provide the right code so we could get in.The studio is smaller then the pictures show and smelled terrible. 'The property was as presented in the advertisement. The host was engaging and helpful. The only downside was ocean breeze wasn’t sufficient to cool the unit. (We knew the only AC was in the bedroom)'

'Overall, the space was very clean and an impeccable location. With a view of the ocean, you are also very close to many different restaurants and the beach. Not only was the location great but the communication was clear and timely. I was given check-in and checkout instructions early on, so I knew what to expect going into the Trip. I was only there for a night since I was traveling elsewhere on the island, but I would definitely come back for a longer stay.'

'The condo was in the most perfect location. Pool is right out the front door and the ocean out the back. When we checked in and noticed the TV was broken. There was a new one had arrived within a couple hours. I would have liked to see some coffee in the cupboard.'

'The condo was in a great location and walking distance to the Coconut Marketplace and restaurants. The condo was clean and had supplies to use at the beach. The pool and pool bar was a nice plus. The communication with the host was easy and quick. I highly recommend.'
