  • Dit toestel was net gerenoveerd door een HGTV binnenhuisarchitect en is vrijwel identiek aan een andere eenheid die werd gekenmerkt op de Hgtv tonen aan woningzoekenden die werd uitgezonden in november 2013. Unit 109 biedt de meest luxe accommodaties voor de beste prijs. Onbelemmerd uitzicht op de oceaan, gunstige ligging en onlangs gerenoveerd en volledig vernieuwd maken dit Wailua Bay View condo de beste keuze voor uw Kauai vakantie! Alle nieuwe meubels, badkamer en keuken inrichting, hardhouten vloeren (drijfhout strand finish), huishoudelijke apparaten, Caesar steen (kwarts materiaal tellers), onder kast verlichting, glas terug spatten, zonne-tinten, nieuwe voorkant en schuif deuren, gladde afwerking muren, en een nieuwe airconditioner. Très bien situé pour l'accès à tous les attraits, services et activités. L'appartement est super confortable avec tous les nécessaires dont ceux pour la plage. (boggie bord, chaises, parasol, glacière) En octobre 2026, le seul petit inconvénient ce sont les restes de débris sur la plage à côté du complexe (ouragan). La vue sur la mer et la terrasse invitent à la détente, wow!!!

Great condo in a good location for travelers wanting to do things on both the north and south sides of Kauai. Beautiful view. Nice clean apartment. In unit laundry was a big plus! Also, really appreciate that the bedroom has an AC unit. Best sleep I’ve had in any place I’ve stayed over 5 trips to Hawaii. Will rent this one again in the future.

This place exceeded our expectations. It was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions that I had before we arrived. When we do back to Kauai in a few years I will want to stay here again. It was so easy to get to either end of the island from this location.

This host made this experience on our honeymoon absolutely worth every minute and cent. The view, island mapping, the whole experience we give thanks to this host. The place was 100% as advertised and more. Mahalo from Indiana we will be back.

Nice East side location. Very nice views. While its not far from the main road, you don't hear traffic over the ocean. Close to nice walking path along the ocean. Washer & dryer in the unit. The minor downsides are that its showing its age and the AC in the bedroom is a window AC style unit that is pretty loud. Overall a very good bang for the buck location- especially with the view.

We chose the property largely because of the amazing view, and it did not disappoint. Watching and hearing the waves crashing was perfect! Loved having in unit washer and dryer! The bedroom has AC which was great for sleeping! Despite opening windows and the lanai door, it did get pretty warm throughout the rest of the unit. We didn’t spend much time on the property though so this wasn’t a huge deal for us. The location was great. We loved being between North and South shores, close to Coconut Marketplace, Lava Lava Beach Club (food was fine but loved the vibe and views), and the airport. As a few other reviews have mentioned, the unit is showing some wear and tear but it was clean, comfortable, and we didn’t have any issues. If we get the chance to return to Kauai, we’d definitely consider staying at this property again! Included picture was taken from the lanai - no zoom, no filters, no editing.

There’s a lot to like about this place:The location was perfect — it was great for driving everywhere on the island, and having a parking lot was really nice.The open windows with fresh air and a great view are hard to beat. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. One of the best restaurants on the island is basically across the street (Naisla Kitchen & Cocktail), as well as a nice coffee shop within walking distance.
Awesome chicken family right out back.

Loved the location, great view, easy to get around even without a car, very walkable neighborhood. Of course a car is great when you want to see more of the island. Condo was clean and bright had everything you would need. Hope to visit again sometime soon.

Check in was so easy thanks to our host providing great instructions. The condo was nicely decorated, everything we could need was provided, the A.C. in the bedroom was perfect for sleeping, and the view amazing. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay there again. Our hosts were gracious and so accommodating.

Perfectly average - kinda old - kinda smelly - not the greatest location on Kauai. Internet didn't work but didn't really need it. Only slept there. Kauai is amazing.

The condo is comfortable and perfect for a couple. The location is great if your planning on going out and exploring the rest of the island is pretty well settled central to excursions and shopping and hiking.
