'Hanalei bay resort is beautiful! We loved the pool, beach, snorkeling, tennis and pickle ball all available at the resort! The view from the room was beautiful! Loved having coffee on the lanai looking at the mountains and the rainbows! The room is small but fine for 2 people. Bed was very comfortable and we loved waking up to the gorgeous view. 'Location was perfect for 10 minute walk to convention at Grand Hyatt and beach. Never made it to the pool, not sure where it’s at. 2 minute drive to poipu beach where 20 large turtles were resting and beautiful sunset. The use of chairs, umbrella, ice chest and snorkeling gear was very convenient. '

'The door code we were given wasn’t correct, so we had to use the phone at the reception to call the after hours number (this was just after 4pm, so check in time, strange that check in time is not within normal office hours).
