'The property was clean and well kept. Bathroom was excellent. The beach location was perfect! The food options and laid back vibe all around were great! The staff was so kind and helpful. Pool and amenities were well kept!'

'Staff can use a customer service training. Staff is not friendly. The people in the front are rude and don’t have basic manners like greeting you. The only people who are friendly in the whole hotel are the people in the valet. Rooms also don’t get clean every day but every other day. Overall not a bad place to stay but I would explore other options first.'

'Our experience at the Westin Princeville during the hurricane was incredibly disappointing, and what happened afterward made it way worse. Because of the hurricane and resulting conditions on Kauai, we were effectively stranded at the hotel for an additional two days. 'Prachtig resort alleen restaurant op het resort . Erg slecht de maaltijden en ongezellig . Koffiebar alleen in de ochtend tot 10 am open . Er jammer . Dan heb je aan het restaurant bij het zwembad . En dat is slecht . En ongezellig . '

'We had a good stay at the Point. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and big enough. There is everything you need. The furniture looks outdated, but it have it's charms. The resort looks great and we enjoyed the pool. The kids loved it. The drinks at the pool are good and affordable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is central to visit al the known tourist sites.We enjoyed our stay and we recommend this resort.'
