'The door code we were given wasn’t correct, so we had to use the phone at the reception to call the after hours number (this was just after 4pm, so check in time, strange that check in time is not within normal office hours). '5 Stars for an unbeatable sea view!We preferred to make our own meals to stay on budget. It was nice to have a well equiped kitchen with very nice appliances. A Safeway grocery & Longs pharmacy are a quick drive & had what we needed. We appreciated the washer/dryer, too. Especially since we only wanted to pack carry on bags for the 9 day trip. 'Our stay at David's was wonderful. There was a leak in the AC when we first turned it on due to the drastic temperature change, but David immediately called and he and his daughter came by 30 minutes later to install a drip catcher panel. Shampoo/conditioner/soap all provided, as well as some dishware. Location was great, right across the street from Safeway and Wailua shave ice. Would stay here again!'

'Check in was easy and very clean place. The WiFi worked perfect and having a fridge helped a lot. The location was great and we were close to everything being on the east side. The best part was it was a 2 minute walk to the beach to sit and relax and listen to the waves. I would recommend people to stay here and I would definitely stay again. '

Great place for a single or a couple to crash at the end of a day of sight seeing. Nothing exotic…basically a large hotel room…but that’s what we expected for the price and that’s what we wanted.
