DELIGHTFUL FARM STAY WITH ANIMALS

This property is rather in the style of British guesthouse/ accommodation where owner is also living in the home. Not to be confused with entire home for rent. Long term guests are welcome, especially those working in the area. Five minutes to hospital and other various work sites in and around Roosevelt.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE NIGHTLY COST IS PER ROOM, UP TO TWO PERSONS. IF A SECOND OR THIRD ROOM IS REQUIRED, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $55.00 FLAT FEE, PAYABLE BY CASH OR CHEQUE UPON ARRIVAL.

This is a pet friendly facility, so if you are allergic to animals, this is not the property for you.
Home can accommodate up to 6 guests with three double rooms, two living rooms,
Also overflow area, upstairs attic style, with full bed. But a distance to nearest bathroom. Suitable for a family group.

Love Rural area, so quiet, yet close to historic western town of Roosevelt.

If a guest brings a pet, they must be confined, on a leash if indoors, as I have other indoor animals. Guests are responsible for any cleanup after pet indoors or outdoors.
Due to heavy winters quite often, I would not recommend bringing a pet during the months Nov. through April,

Star and deer gazing from back or front porch at night.
