« This hotel was beautiful. The entire staff was helpful and nice, from the valet to the front desk, to the maintenance. They all greeted us throughout our stay even though we didn't use the valet or maintenance. We didn't see a use for the valet because parking was easy. But that keeps your car in the front of the hotel if you plan to leave a lot. The hotel is in such a great location we walked everywhere. « The room was very clean and spacious enough for a twin air mattress to fit comfortably with the two queen beds. The location is great and being able to park and walk to food and attractions, yet being just far enough away so there wasn't late night noise or lights made this an ideal location. We will definitely be returning. »

« It was off of the main drag in gap number but close enough to be able just to walk down the corner the hotel is absolutely beautiful and has been in the family for a very long time. « The staff is great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s great for parking. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. My only real complaint was that there was no hot water the last morning I was there. I mean literally none. They were working on it which means at times I had no water at all at times. »

« Staff was very friendly. Room smelled extremely musty. It did not have good ventilation. The jacuzzi tub was very slippery. It seemed as if it was cleaned but not rinsed after. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very tiny and dated. The location was ideal. »

« The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The pool was very small but it did the trick for the kids. Only wish the bedroom and living area were separate. Appreciated the short walk to all the shops. »

« We had a clogged toilet and when I spoke to the front desk, the lady gave me a plunger to open it myself. She told me that she would try to find someone if I was unable to get it fixed. The pool is in the parking lot and there is a lot of wasps at in the parking lot. »
