« Loved everything about Bearskin Lodge! The older gentleman at check-in was super friendly and helpful. All workers we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and answer our questions… did you know Gatlinburg has a free shuttle service? We didn’t, but the staff were helpful with helping us navigate the map and app for the shuttle. The room and property were clean and well-kept. « Loved that the hotel was very close to most attractions in downtown Gatlinburg. I even seen a bear from the balcony. I’ve been in Gatlinburg at least 8 times and never experienced a bear sighting near my hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, nice and surrounded by the heart of Gatlinburg. »

« For this to be a Marriott I was disappointed. One light fixture over the nightstand was loose and falling. Hair in several places on the bathroom floor. Stains on the carpet and on the lobby chairs. Was nowhere near what I was expecting from a Marriott. »
