This wheelchair friendly cabin boasts beautiful mountain views, a hot tub, full kitchen, decks, private river access for river swimming, fishing, canoeing (Canoe rentals nearby), and walking paths.

We felt relaxed and comfortable as soon as we came through the door! The first thing we noticed was the the view from the living area with a fireplace in between, beautiful. Remote enough to feel like you're the only one's on the mountain, but close to Skyline, Shenandoah National Park, and Luray. The bed was so comfortable, perfect after a soak in the hot tub and sitting by the fire. Everything was just perfect, we will definitely stay again!

Cabin was clean and bright; they did not exaggerate the quality of the view. Communication with the host was clear and prompt prior to and during our stay. Kitchen appliances were all clean and in good working order. Able to cook basic meals with the utensils, dishes, and equipment on site. Guidance to the river is easy to follow and very worth it.

The cabin is great, perfect for my wife and me. The bed was comfy and the gas fireplace was a plus. We also enjoyed the ease of access to the hot tub and the beautiful views. We loved being able to have our small dog with us, and she gave the experience two paws up! One thing would've been helpful, and that's a larger skillet. There was just one, and it was a bit small, even for the two of us.

We came during an unexpected snow storm and still had the best time. She came over to introduce herself to us and was absolutely amazing, welcoming, and accommodating to our needs during the storm and offered us an extra night if we got stuck. The cabin was the perfect size with the best Mountain View’s and the hot tub was perfect in the cold weather. Everything was clean and neat and we had everything we needed. She even gave us backup water, sleds, and things we needed in case of an outage. We will be back in the future!

My wife and I had a great stay at Star View Cabin – Riverfront. It was just what we were looking for. The cabin had awesome views of the mountains and the Shenandoah River. We enjoyed watching sunsets and viewing the bright stars from the night sky from the hot tub. We enjoyed walking down to the river each day and we saw many animals, deer, eagles, rabbits. One night we had three deer within 20 yards of us in the back yard and we watched them from the spacious windows and sliding glass door above for close to fifteen minutes. We also got to catch a brief snow storm with the mountains as a backdrop. The cabin was nice and warm and had a good layout. We enjoyed running the fireplace each night before bed and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to get out and do some antiquing at local shops Nina was a great host and she was able to answer our questions and she had thought about all of our needs before we got there. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back.

We had an awesome time at the cabin! The views are amazing. The cabin was spacious and clean. We loved the fire pit, fireplace, and hot tub. The cabin is in a perfect location close to Luray and the caverns and Shenandoah National Park. Highly recommend. We would definitely go back.

We had a great stay at this cabin! Spent most of our time visiting Shenandoah National Park. My only complaint is we couldn’t get the fireplace to turn on and there were a lot of cob webs mainly in the bathroom and kitchen. We were disappointed that we didn’t get to use the firepit due to the weather (rain and wind) but we had a lovely stay. Absolutely LOVED all the fall colors!! We don’t get that in Florida!

I was very impressed with the beautiful view from the cabin. However, the cabin could have been a little cleaner. The toilet had not been cleaned after previous guest and the bathroom faucet needed to be wiped off. The previous guest left dishes in the dishwasher that we did not use because we did know if they were clean. Cabin WiFi was not good, the tv streaming services froze up a lot and we could not use more than one device at a time. I also did not like leaving the key in the key box every time we left the house. But overall the cabin met our needs for our weekend getaway. The hot tub under the stars was definitely a highlight of our stay. I would recommend this VRBO to others.

The cabin was perfect for the two of us. Enjoyed mornings drinking coffee on the deck watching the sun touch the mountains. Heard ospreys every morning, and watched an eagles fly over the river. We hope to come back and experience it again!
