We have designed the house due to many years of experience as a large family, as well as a couple with a large circle of friends and interests. Idyllically located, you will find peace and relaxation in our beautiful, modern but simply Scandinavian-style house. The lower floor is threshold and threshold free and has a spacious living / dining area with fireplace, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a large sunny terrace. This is ideal for a holiday as a couple, but also the basis for a holiday together with family or friends, which can be accommodated in the upper floor. There are three more bedrooms, as well as another bathroom and a roof terrace. The access to the roof terrace is possible from one of the upper bedrooms as well as from the staircase. The tourist tax, which is due from 2018, is payable to the landlord. The amount is per person max. 1,50 € per day.

The access to the house, as well as the garden with barbecue and the entire lower floor are staircase and threshold-free. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms and another bathroom. The roof terrace, which is also located on the upper floor, is possible both from one of the upper bedrooms and from the staircase.
