'Super clean, comfortable beds, great water pressure! The staff could not have been any more helpful.'

'This property has a traditional and country club vibe. It sits on 20 acres which would be lovely for a wedding or event. It’s obviously an older property but has been kept well. It was pretty empty when we arrived for an overnight stay and the cars are parked behind the building to the right when you drive up. We did not partake in dinner or breakfast.'

'I like that the rooms are spacious and clean. It us located 3 minutes from my mom's house and near shopping strip malls. The breakfast is good and the pool was good as well. Im just sorry there are no smoking rooms or pet policy.'

'Terrible smelling room that we were assigned when we checked in. Requested for a different room after few hours and we were moved. The rooms and the appliances and the fixtures all were barely clean and adequate. Except the location of the hotel (walking distance to the Henrico Center), not a great hotel to stay with family.'

'Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place'

'Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!'

'The property overall was clean and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and also very clean, with comfortable beds and a sizable bathroom. Microwave and refrigerator are included in the rooms, along with a freezer slot in the fridge.'

'We had a very pleasant stay at Residence Inn Richmond Midtown/Glenside in Richmond, Virginia. The hotel was in a great location, only around 8 minutes driving distance from our daughter’s apartment, which made it very convenient for us. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the great complimentary breakfast each morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay in any Residence Inn.'

'The room was clean but the property overall could have used a good cleaning. The room was very humid and the phone did not work. The room we were initially given had a broken refrigerator. The room we were moved to was next to the elevator and our neighbors were very loud. When I attempted to report the noise to the front desk I discovered the phone was not working. I had to walk downstairs at 11pm to report it. The front desk staff advised the phone would be fixed the next day, but it was never...
