'Didn't like outside entrance. Accidentally stepped into a liquid stain apparently came from the outside trashcan. Had to get someone to come in and get the TV straight. I guess i wasnt tech savvy enough to use 2 remotes. Everything else was great. Breakfast was small but tasty. Just enough options . Room was clean and comfortable. Slept well'

'The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Staff did offer to move the room but that room smelled more like smoke. Rooms need air fresheners and drapes, carpets and bed linen need cleaning items that get rid of the smoke smell. Breakfast was amazing!'

'The first room I was given on the second floor was horrible! It smelled bad. There were blood spots on the walls. It was dirty. Carpet was dirty. It was a mess. I really went downstairs and the attendant gave me another room on the first floor that was much better.'

'Everything was amazing I just count connect to the wifi'

'Buitendeuren naar gang hele nacht open. Vuilniszakken bleven lang buiten staan voordat ze werden opgeruimd.'

'Everything is great, but the soft drinks has the taste of chlorinated water..《diet coke)'

'The staff there is amazing. My room was beautiful, but some of the amenities in the room. There's no way to know how to use them. And my air conditioner smelled like chemicals, and I was sneezing all night and I had a running nose and you could tell when you walked in the room. It was a different smell. Then the the hall.. And if you put it on sixty eight, you are freezing. And if you put it on seventy two, the heat came on... A little too crazy for me'

'My first time staying at the Omni Richmond Hotel and visiting Richmond and I loved it! The hotel is so clean, luxurious and the staff is so nice, helpful and welcoming! I had no problems while staying here at all and I would 100% stay here again 10/10! It's in a nice and lively area too and its easy to get in and out and its also really big too!'

'Amazing place after a long day at Kings Dominion.'

'Handige locatie, prima kamer voor de prijs'

'Rooms were clean. Had to be moved due to noise from the boiler room. Other than that, excellent staff. Myra was awesome!'

'Was ok as a Hampton but no breakfast in the morning, this is a 100% satisfaction guarantee failure so the hotel should have refunded everyone in full but only did it if the guest specifically asked for the refund they were entitled to - shows a real lack of integrity by management. As we booked through Expedia and not directly they refused to give Expedia the refund!'

'Excellent customer service! Provided service with a smile! Will return to the Hyatt Select Richmond!'
