'There should be a soap holder in the shower.'

'Filthy and they don't release your deposit even after 14 days... a last resort type of place'

'The first room I was given on the second floor was horrible! It smelled bad. There were blood spots on the walls. It was dirty. Carpet was dirty. It was a mess. I really went downstairs and the attendant gave me another room on the first floor that was much better.'

'Everything was amazing I just count connect to the wifi'

'Buitendeuren naar gang hele nacht open. Vuilniszakken bleven lang buiten staan voordat ze werden opgeruimd.'

'Everything is great, but the soft drinks has the taste of chlorinated water..《diet coke)'

'Good'

'The staff was the highlight of the property. Room was fairly clean but not quite as clean as I would prefer. Regardless, I’d stay here again based on the customer service.'

'Handige locatie, prima kamer voor de prijs'

'This was a really great place to stay for a quick trip to Richmond. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly, and there was plenty of parking on site (although you did have to pay a small daily parking fee which was unexpected). The buffet breakfast was well done, and coffee was always available in the lobby. Rooms were clean and quiet. Located in Henrico suburbs, between Short Pump and Richmond City, but very easy access to I64/I95. Would definitely recommend if you have a car.'

'Hotel was very clean. A very nice location. I would stay there again.'
